The Friends of the Laurel Library were in the Parade handing out hundreds of flyers about Summer Reading and other events at the Library and had  a booth were over 500 books were put in the hands of children and adults.

Thanks to Friends' President Tom Dernoga and VP THeresa Held for running the show, volunteers Pat Behenna, and Librarian Cheryl and Mike DiFilippo for handing out hundreds of flyers in the parade and  for Dwight Sullivan, Emily Moser, Zakkiyah Holmes, and Mike for helping with the book sale.

    Ages 0-2: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and 7:15 pm

    Ages 3-5: Saturdays at 10:30 am

Chess All Ages 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month 1:30-2:30 

Movie Night on the Fourth Wednesday each Month at 6:30 pm

Book Discussions on the Fourth Tuesday each Month at 7:30 pm

Read to Rover Ages 5-12  4th Saturday of each month 1:30  

Kids Achieve Club, Wednesdays at 6 pm, Students in Grades 1 - 6

English Conversation Club, Wednesdays at 6 pm, Adults

Spanish Conversation Club, Thursdays at 6 pm, Adults

STEM-tastic!, 3rd Tuesdays at 3 pm, Ages 8 - 12

The Friends of the Laurel Library have marched many years in this fun and patriotic City event. The PGCMLS Fun Cube is usually there and all to promote the Summer Reading and other programs at the Laurel Library
